Ideal to Quickly Detect High Body Temperatures
The Infrared Thermometer 830 from Testo is ideal for checking and monitoring skin temperature. This measuring infrared thermometer is designed to eliminate the need to have contact with the people being measured. The optimal measuring distance is between 5 and 15 cm (1.9-5.9″). With a fast response time of only 0.5 seconds, the user simply presses the trigger and reads the temperature on the IR 830’s integrated LCD display.
Note: This thermometer is intended to monitor a potential elevated skin temperature. It is not a substitute for a medical thermometer where accuracy of body temperature is required for diagnosis and possible treatment.
